QUALITY and ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

It is the policy of National Conveyors Company, Inc. to have and maintain an Environmental Management System (EMS) and a Quality Management System (QMS) that focus on providing superior products and protecting human health and the environment. The programs, practices, and procedures that comprise our QMS and EMS will be based on the following principles:

1. Regulatory Compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local environmental and product laws and regulations and other possible requirements.
2. Pollution Prevention, to avoid the creation of pollution in the most cost effective manner.
3. Continual Improvement of our EMS and QMS as a framework for setting quality objectives and protecting the environment.
4. Periodic Review and Assessment of National Conveyors Company's environmental & quality objectives and targets.
5. Provide a Safe and Healthful Workplace and ensure that personnel are properly trained.
6. Develop, Manufacture, and Market Products that meet our customers' requirements, are safe for their intended use, efficient in their use of energy and protective of the environment.
